Helping a municipality engage residents for a strategic plan update
"As part of our planning process, we wanted to make sure that we paused mid-way
to hear from residents and find out what they thought of our draft work and what
their ideas were for moving to action. Do/able developed a gallery walk of display
boards, accompanied by a survey, for residents to view. This worked well for a small
engagement event.
When we had a much larger turnout for another event, Do/able pivoted with us and led residents through the gallery, and narrated what they were seeing. Afterwards, we found Do/able's analysis of what we learned useful to know where we were on the right track, calibrate, and plan for implementation."
