Program Design & Evaluation
Develop the services and
measures to know you’re serving your clients well

Does this sound familiar?
All programs and services exist somewhere on a lifecycle. You might be starting something new to respond to a need in your community. You might be feeling like you’re offering a program or a service that needs a refresh or a rethink. You might just be wanting to do enough evaluation to know and to build confidence in your program’s results. And/or you might be wishing you could do a better job of harnessing or capitalizing on the amazing stories that you know exist in relation to your work.
What Do/able will provide
We’ll take a customized approach with you to define a snapshot of how your program works and what it achieves. We’ll work with you to identify what you can measure on an ongoing basis: to know the difference your service makes, to know how smoothly the program is running, to reflect on what you’re learning and make the tweaks and adjustments, that are needed going forward. And whether we’re looking at a single program, or many, we’ll work with you to figure out how to share the incredible work that you’re doing with your supporters and community.
The impact you'll experience
You will have greater internal clarity on how your program works and why; you’ll have a better understanding of what’s going smoothly and what you need to do next; and you’ll know your results. You’ll be better able to share the success of your work with those who have an interest in its success, including your funders, donors, clients, and community partners.
What our clients are saying

"Kris worked with us to develop a framework for how we do community development.
It's tricky, because community development is often thought of as a general approach,
or philosophy, or set of values, and not thought of as a consistent service.
Working with Kris, we framed out why we do community development, the core actions we take to facilitate it, and how we'll measure success. We didn't feel boxed- in, or rigid. We did feel like we had a common understanding and a set of consistent practices to pull from, for an essential part of our work. Our CD logic model is by far the most utilized tool we reference through our work."
