It’s time for a deep dive. You might be feeling like a longstanding, standalone, or collaborative service needs a major check-in, maybe an overhaul, and perhaps even a rethink about how it continues. OR you could be setting out to develop a service that can tackle a complex service need that you haven’t met before. Either way, you need a thoughtful, highly supported, stakeholder-influenced, and evidence-informed service review or design process.
What Do/able will provide
We’ll work with you to figure out who needs to be involved, identify the essential questions that have to be answered, and the factors and evidence that need to be put on the table. We’ll help you sift through everything that’s important and lay out a theory of change and a plan for your service moving forward. If multiple partners are involved, this will include delineating each partner’s role in the work. We’ll set you up with a plan to move forward and a plan to evaluate your progress and your service.
