2025 End of year Reflections

As we wrap up 2025, we’ve been reflecting on the work we’ve had the privilege to do alongside organizations and networks across the sector. What stands out this year is the courage people brought to complexity — and the clarity they built together in moments that demanded patience, honesty, and intention.

Throughout the year, leaders and teams:

  • made thoughtful choices in the middle of uncertainty
  • strengthened alignment across roles, functions, and partners
  • set or recalibrated strategic direction with care
  • improved services and strengthened impact
  • explored collaboration in new ways
  • listened and learned from community voices and adapted with purpose
  • created clarity they could work on — and momentum they could sustain

We’re grateful for every conversation, workshop, reflection, and moment of shared insight. It has been a privilege to listen, think, and co-create alongside people committed to strengthening their organizations and communities.

That dedication deserves to be celebrated and Nonprofit Appreciation Week is a chance to do exactly that. Join us in celebrating local nonprofits this year!

Planning for 2026: We Have Space to Support You

The new year isn’t far off, and many organizations are already thinking through budgets, priorities, and what’s next. We’ve expanded our capacity heading into 2026 and have openings for projects this winter and spring, with additional space later in the year.

We bring evidence-based insight and a collaborative, people-first approach that helps teams move from information → insight → choices → action. If you have strategy planning and ongoing implementation, organization or network development, interest-holder engagement, or design and evaluation, on your mind we’d love to talk!

Wishing You a Well-Deserved Break

We hope you’re able to slow down, rest, and recharge in the coming weeks.

If you’re ending the year with questions, hopes, or a desire for renewed clarity in 2026, we’re here—with warmth, steadiness, and a deep belief in the work you do. Starting in January, we’ll be sharing practical resources to help you bring your goals into focus and build momentum you can sustain.

We’re on your side, and we look forward to supporting you in the new year.
