 Regardless of the nature or scope of a project, Kris' focus - first and foremost - is to build people up, helping them see and connect the value of their experiences, insights, and qualities to position them for success. 

 Leveraging his MPA and MSW, curiosity for the latest developments in community and organizational practice, and insights gained over 20 years of experience in community service leadership, Kris’ work is always informed.

At his core, Kris believes the best way to serve our stakeholders is by engaging them in defining and creating what’s valuable. He approaches this work with humility, empathy, and attention to the possibilities people see for themselves, their organizations, and their communities. 

 Through thoughtful questions and dialogue that inspire reflection and create the space to envision change, Kris moves leaders, networks, and organizations toward the clarity, adaptation, and momentum needed to make their vision a reality.
